Jakob is talking like crazy now. We started off the month with a purchase of a new car. Jakob enjoyed climbing in it and pretending he was driving it, like he did the Acura. On May 3, we visited Myseum with his NICU friend, Sophie. They had a lot of fun playing in the bouncy area. On May 4, he got treated to his first frozen yogurt. He enjoyed it but didn't eat too much! His school year ended on May 17th with a school BBQ. The older kids will be off for the summer but he will continue to go every day so not much has changed. It was fun to see all of his friends at the BBQ and he enjoyed playing. On May 24th, he got his first "official" haircut. He really didn't like it that much and went from "I'm not sure what's going on here" to a pout, to a cry. Thankfully we made it through without a complete meltdown. On May 25th, we took our first family bike ride of the season and he loved the bike trailer! Jakob also enjoys mowing the grass when Daddy mows it and seeing all the wild life around the neighborhood. He's seen several turtles and a fawn.
